PSI's information technology roots are evident in our experience developing and supporting benefits delivery systems and processes at the Federal and State Government levels.  Our efforts are focused on ensuring the appropriate benefits are delivered to the individuals who are deserving of them.  The systems and processes we support exist to serve some of the most deserving among us -- children and veterans. 

PSI has supported benefits delivery at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) since 1987.  Currently we provide application development and maintenance support for a variety of benefits delivery systems.

Through our child welfare services, we support delivery of benefits to children throughout the State of New York.  Most recently, PSI was awarded a contract to ensure effective implementation of CONNECTIONS, New York's Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS).
